Very comfortable, probably the best chicken wings in Vienna, can highly recommend the kitchen! In the meantime even more pleasant, since there is no smoking inside, I think that's great.

Cash only! Very friendly local pub. Totally authentic dive in the middle of city center. Enormous portions of homemade comfort food, about the same price as the Bronx.

Small, quaint, Vienna. Very good food at normal prices in the heart of Vienna. Little places, mostly regulars, the chef you can watch while cooking. Viennese cuisine. That's the way it has to be! Clear recommendation for those who want to taste the pearl of the Danube.

Truly a quaint establishment.

Definitely my favourite restaurant in Vienna. The owner and/or staff here are super duper friendly. They don't speak much English (and as tourists we def can't speak their language of course!) and we had to order by showing them pictures of the food we want to order. But warmth and hospitality can be felt. We were served with a pint of beer each upon arriving. The portion of the food is huge but it feels really cosy and homely. The kitchen is just a tiny corner beside the bar, amazing the quality of food that comes out of it. It is also a great experience to watch them cook while dining anyway! The crepe dessert was refreshing and delightful, simple but satisfying. To end the meal, had a cup of latte - and surprisingly for a pub, it is a really good cup of coffee!! There is nothing I can complain about this place. Will definitely be back when I'm in Vienna again.

Iconic run down bar and café from a time when Vienna was well tucked away next to the iron curtain. Stories about this mythic place abound. Probably the most famous of all former patrons was Vienna's great cabaret performer and actor Helmut Qualtinger.

Legendary small restaurant from the time when leaving Vienna was still unusual, Qualtinger and many others sat here. Belongs to a group of journalists and media people who always enjoy sitting here.

Small typical restaurant, simple food but very good and hearty. I only put 3 stars because everyone smokes in this restaurant and we did not stay very long blow because it is not very pleasant. Pity
